Frequently Asked Questions

This page covers only the confirmed ways to use DULIDAM and manage records.
What is DULIDAM?

DULIDAM is a mobile service where two people manage daily income, expenses, schedules, and memories with photos and notes in one calendar, then look back month by month.

Who is DULIDAM for?

It is for couples who want to track shared living expenses and everyday life together. Guest mode is not provided.

Do both people manage the same records?

In one active couple space, both people can view and edit all active records. Only the original author can delete a record.

Can I use the budget and calendar on the website?

No. The MVP website provides the service introduction, legal-document status, FAQ, support, and account-deletion guidance. The budget and calendar are available in the mobile app.

Which currency is supported?

The MVP supports South Korean won (KRW) only, recorded as whole-won amounts.

Where can I attach photos?

Photos are optional and can be attached only to memories, with zero to three photos per memory. Income, expense, and schedule records do not support photos.

Can I edit records without an internet connection?

No. Creating, editing, and deleting data requires an internet connection. If the connection drops, only the current in-memory screen remains available in read-only form.

Are deleted records removed immediately?

General records remain in the original author’s private trash for 30 days. During that period, the author can restore or permanently delete them.

How do I request account deletion if I cannot access the app?

You can contact support by email. Email requests are not processed automatically until an identity-verification process is finalized.
