Account Deletion

Request deletion in the app settings or verify your account on the web below. Email support is available for access problems and requests that cannot be verified.

How to request deletion

    If you can access the app

    Delete your account from Settings in the DULIDAM app.

  2. 02

    If you cannot access the app

    Identify your existing Apple or Google account below, reauthenticate the same account, and confirm the final deletion request.

  3. 03

    If verification is not possible

    Contact support@dulidam.app. Email alone does not authorize deletion. We will explain recovery options and close unverified requests. You may request again after recovery.
