Account Deletion

If you can access the app, use the in-app account-deletion option first. If you cannot access the app, you may request help by email.

How to request deletion

    If you can access the app

    Delete your account from Settings in the DULIDAM app.

    If you cannot access the app

    Send an account-deletion request to support@dulidam.app.

    Processing after identity verification

    The identity-verification process for email requests has not been finalized. Email requests are not processed automatically until that process is confirmed.
